NetBackup Administration Console Freezes When Trying to View Host

Netbackup server had issue when trying to view host properties in Administration Console. Console would freeze. Fix was to change value of  “FORCE_IPADDR_LOOKUP=0” in /usr/openv/java/nbj.conf.

Reverse DNS lookups were working prior to the fix. Here is the article from Symantec website.
